Who we are
New Jersey RPM operates a physician-supervised remote patient monitoring program for long-term care facilities and physicians in New Jersey. This policy covers this website only. It does not describe the clinical monitoring program itself, which is governed by separate agreements, consents, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
What this website collects
This site has no accounts and no login. Information reaches us in three limited ways. If you book a call, our scheduling provider (Calendly) collects the details you enter, such as your name, organization, role, phone, and email, and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting. If you email or call us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share. And like most websites, our hosting and analytics providers may collect standard technical data such as browser type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from IP address, used in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
Please do not send health information
This website is for business inquiries only. Please do not include any patient or resident health information, names, conditions, or other medical details in booking forms, emails, or voicemails. Clinical matters are handled inside the monitoring program under its own privacy safeguards, not through this site.
How we use information
We use contact details to respond to inquiries, schedule and hold meetings, and follow up about the program. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

The site relies on a small number of service providers: scheduling (Calendly), website hosting, fonts (Google Fonts), and website analytics. Each processes only what is needed to provide its service and operates under its own privacy policy.
